We are thrilled to announce the upcoming AMPMAN Unity Convention 2025, a historical event dedicated to all valid registered members of the Active Movie Producers and Marketers Association of Nigeria (AMPMAN).
Below are the Major Activities and Program Schedules in Asaba, Delta State
DAY 2: 25th October 2025
A. ISSUANCE OF MEMBERSHIP REVALIDATION CERTIFICATE
To ensure all-inclusiveness and full participation, an ongoing official revalidation of all AMPMAN members which will be concluded before the Convention. Once a member meets the expected requirements, their profile will be updated on our AMPMAN website as a full member waiting to be awarded AMPMAN GOLD CERTIFICATE during the Asaba Convention
(Revalidation is free of charge)
Convention Key Activity:
✅ 24th October 2025: Arrival of members & hotel check-in
✅ 24th – 25th October 2025: Full Membership Confirmation, Certificate & ID Card Issuance
B. KEYNOTE ADDRESS
✅ 25th October 2025: An Interactive session on the Imperative of a detailed, good Constitution in an Association
C. AMPMAN HONOUR AWARD NIGHT 2025
✅ 25th October 2025: Members/Guests Honour Award, Cocktail and Dinner banquet

A. ADOPTION OF THE AMPMAN CONSTITUTION
This convention marks a major milestone in our journey, as we officially celebrate AMPMAN’s strong comeback with all administrative decisions now firmly rooted in the proposed AMPMAN Constitution.

✅ Observations and formal adoption of the AMPMAN Constitution
HANDOVER OF THE AMPMAN-PWAN LAND DOCUMENTS BY THE AMPMAN PRESIDENT
One of our significant achievements leading up to this convention is the successful resolution of the PWAN land issue. All legal documents have been officially handed over to the AMPMAN President and the past National Caretaker Committee Chairman by the PWAN GROUP.
Key Activity: 25th June 2025
✅ Official Land Deed Presentation. All rightful landowners who have presented valid payment evidence to the past caretaker committee will receive their property papers in the presence of all AMPMANIANS.

D. REFRESHMENT/LAUNCH BREAK
