The Association is officially known and addressed as the Active Movie Producers Marketers Association of Nigeria (AMPMAN)

 

 

AMPMAN is a registered Association with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), officially incorporated on February 25, 2021, to serve its members’ interests and mutual benefits.

 

 

AMPMAN is not a secret society; all its activities are conducted openly. It is neither a religious nor a political organisation but rather a business investment group open to Nigerians and foreigners that engages in similar business ventures.

 

 

As a Nationally recognized and registered body, AMPMAN operates in full compliance with the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (LFN).

AMPMAN DAY
 
The 25th of February each year is designated as AMPMAN Day, a day set aside to celebrate the Association and its contributions to the film industry.
 

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

a. To foster the collective growth of all members in their respective areas of filmmaking.

b. To collaborate with other professional societies in Nollywood to positively impact the creative industry.

c. To create business opportunities for members while serving as a collective bargaining entity, ensuring the maintenance of industry standards and establishing a code of conduct for all members.

 

d. To recognize and honor deserving members and outstanding clients with merit-based awards.

e. To promote the global image and advancement of the Association.

f. To assist and oversee all arms of the Association, ensuring they operate within the framework of its aims and objectives.

g. To encourage and participate in humanitarian initiatives, particularly those aimed at supporting the less privileged in society.

h. AMPMAN is a film production and distribution organization dedicated to fostering content investment and growth among its members.
